Your new company
This top tier, online travel company is currently seeking a senior customer service manager candidate to manage their Tokyo call centre of 250+ staff members. This company is continuing to grow globally, and with the Olympics fast approaching, their Tokyo business is about to see their biggest growth and activity it has ever seen.
Your new role
With the growth of the Tokyo customer service centre, they will be needing a Senior Customer Service Manager to coach, manage and oversee all call centre staff and team leaders. This will also involve some hands-on customer service as problems will be escalated to you.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need experience managing at least 100 call centre staff, hands-on customer service experience and the ability to communicate with global offices in English.
