仕事内容 Key responsibilities
 Responsible for the execution of the local Community plan, within the framework of the regional & global strategy.
 Lead and/or support the approved projects to a successful launch, ensuring objectives and KPIs are embed and achieved.
 Manage and moderate all relevant community channels while stimulating the right conversations.
 Responsible for scheduling and posting content on all owned channels, and the ability to work with 1st party partners to provide content on external channels.
 Ensure the quality of local assets, with particular attention to local and cultural aspects.
 Managing the relationship between agencies and external partners locally.
 Management of a Marketing Coordinator, ensuring all locations and distributions are managed effectively.
 Curate content for local executions, including both company and user-generated content.
 Create local content if commissioned by overall strategy.
 Identify key influencers, engage in outreach activities to build and maintain relationships.
 Work with relevant social & communication agencies, regarding the planning and execution of local strategies.
 Execute global game changer programmes in-market.
 Act as the local lead for our Competitive Gaming Division, including associated channel execution.
応募条件  A passion for video games and the entertainment industry.
 Fluent in both English and Japanese, both written and spoken.
 An understanding of key cultural celebrations and holiday periods, including key relevant market events that are unique to the region.
 In-depth practical knowledge of social media platforms across the region.
 Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
 Experience in managing relationships with social media agencies.
 A proven track record in working in a multinational environment across a diverse market.
 A team-first player, who works in a collaborative, team orientated fashion, though demonstrates a strong personal work ethic.
 High attention to detail, ability to ensure the quality and meaningfulness of executions.
 A self-starter who is passionate to learn and grow.
