仕事内容 Global hotel reservation agency is seeking a customer service team leader to manage small team of 14-17

Your new company One of the world's most famous online reservation companies is seeking a customer service executive to manage and coach a team of 14-17, and support Japanese and non-Japanese customers. Working with over a million hotels world-wide, this company not only has a strong client base but also brand-name recognition. Located in central Tokyo, this role will allow you to grow your skills and experience, and set you on a fast-track career path to one day be in a management or leadership position.

Your new role
As a customer support executive Team Lead you will be responsible for tracking, managing and coaching customer service staff in your team. You will also be handling incoming calls and emails regarding pre and post reservation inquiries, modifying or changing existing reservations, and be the liaison between customers and hotels to resolve any issues. In other words, you will be handling relationships between clients (hotels) and customers (guests).

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need speak, read and write native level Japanese and high business English. You will need to have experience in managing a call center, or call center team. You will also need motivation to do hands-on customer service and resolve issues, but also have patience and empathy. They are open to candidates of all backgrounds, but customer service experience is a plus.
