Your new company
Global technology and equipment company is seeking a customer service staff to support incoming calls and email from global customers and clients. Specialized in mailing technology, this company is an industry leader and a well-known company world-wide.
Your new role
In this position you will be handling requests, complaints and other as-needed duties. You will work in Japanese and English, and provide advice and support for all incoming calls. This is a no-shift position with very little overtime, and competitive compensation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need experience in customer service, either in a call-center or face-to-face. You will need to have native Japanese and high business English, and a proactive attitude. Junior and senior candidates are welcome to apply.
