Your new role
You will be handling queries from customers about the products and coordinate between internal teams so solve any problems that arise. You will also be responsible for creating sales report, and translate sales material from English to Japanese and vice versa.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have at least 2 years' of relevant experience with strong computer skills. Business level English and native level Japanese are required. You will also need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
