Global Services Operations (GSO) is responsible for service support and delivery for JPMorgan Chase's Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI). The Technical Production team is a critical operating component of the Global Multimedia Operations team, and supports the firms most complex and senior level events globally. The Technical Production Team manages live event coordination, technology validation and quality control; culminating in live technical direction and execution of the webcast function.
・Reporting directly to the Head of APAC regional Technical Production, this position is accountable to manage and oversee the planning of senior and complex town halls and meetings
・Partner with GMS site managers and operations management to ensure staff and equipment are scheduled, and are appropriate for each specific live event scenario
・Attend and lead client meetings along side conference center staff to ensure GMS products and services are represented accurately, and are appropriate for client event requests
・Validate new GMS a/v operations equipment, and ensure the technicians meet the standards for event operations skill sets
・Gather all IT requests ( desktop, WIFI etc ) and ensure each product and service is staffed accordingly-be the single point of contact for GTI for each event
・Manage and schedule appropriate pre-event testing and validation processes, and to ensure they are followed by all team members
・Failed equipment should be by-passed, and back-up plans should be employed prior to beginning a live event
・Provide flawless showing calling abilities, and be able deliver best practices around event execution
・Provide real-time communication to GSO management around RAG status on all aspects of the live event
・Ensure the Incident Management process are followed by all members of the team

・Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to understand client objectives and translate into Multimedia technology requirements
・Ability to work under pressure with calm demeanor to ensure large meetings & events run smoothly
・Strong technical background required in order to execute immediate response & resolution path, should technical issues occur
・Proven ability to multitask, delegate and manage a number of live events concurrently
・Well organized, flexible and able to complete numerous & various tasks during the working day
・Deep knowledge of all a/v and broadcast products, and best practices around live execution
・Enterprise Streaming applications, Qumu, or other
・2-5 years experience in Multimedia or similar role
・Competent technical background and knowledge of audio visual and Cisco Telepresence equipment
・Experience in live production as a director
・Strong technical background with events experience from idea to delivery and post analysis

Monthly Salary: 300K- 460 JPY plus alpha
