●Maintain intimacy with customer, and ensure efficient management of any customer complaints on product quality related topics
●Identify and clarify customer’s quality expectation with assistance from DQA/MQA/SQA and Post Sales, or with customer directly if necessary
●Help MQA/Post Sales establish OQA criteria in factory and in repair center to ensure customer quality expectation are met
●Collect and analyse field return data supplied by Post Sales and/or customer for adverse trends and out-of-target situations, identifying the top failures, and evaluating risks from the field return.
●Work in a multi-time zone / multi-national environment
●Speak for customer for all quality related topics
●Attend regular customer quality meetings
●Participate in the project core teams to give inputs regarding customer quality issues when needed
●Follow up product quality once shipped to customer and ensure it is in line with quality target set internally and with customer
●Drive internal teams for failure analysis and continuous improvements for field failures
●Follow-up with Post Sales of any rework process in case of epidemic failures or significant rework for customer
●Communicate to customer the CEM’s quality data as needed to meet the customer needs / contract
●Support MQA to manage customer audits with the manufacturing partners as needed
