仕事内容	[Affiliation] Legal [Details about the department] Reporting line: President and Assistant Manager International legal (Oversea): 2-Assistant Manager, 1-Associate Japanese Legal (Domestic): 1-Associate [Role Summary] Engaged in English contract-related work as contract and transactional legal affairs (drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing various contracts, including Aircraft Purchase Agreements and Aircraft Lease Agreements). [Tasks] Due to the high volume of legal work inherent in this industry, we are interested in increasing its in-house capabilities. We are interested in hearing from any qualified lawyers, contract specialists, or experienced paralegals with an interest in working with cross-border transactions in the aviation sector. Specific roles,titles, and remuneration would be dependent on the candidate’s experience and suitability. The role requires a flexible mindset and is not a purely or traditional legal role. Candidates interested in a diverse career beyond law will find this role appealing. Candidates will be expected to work in teams of diverse skillsets, and be a team player. Candidates able to problem solve and engage critical thinking skills in areas unrelated to law will be particularly suited to this role. <On-the-job training> Intensive on-the-job training shall be provided throughout and beyond the probational period. The candidate would be expected to be proactive in learning.

勤務時間	09:00-18:00 (Regular working hours 8 hours) [Break] 60 minutes [Note] Equivalent hours of fixed overtime pay: 35.0 hours/month

給与に関する説明	◇Depending on the experience. ◇If performance is as expected a bonus equivalent to two months’ salary shall be paid twice per year in summer and in winter, hence a total of four months additional salary. 　Exceptional performance may be subject to an additional bonus. ◇A salary review is performed every six months, where fair assessment would allow salary raises.
