仕事内容	A global sleep solutions company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the month-end close, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements while partnering with global teams to support business growth. This is a hybrid setup role. Responsibilities: * Take ownership of the month-end close process and deliver accurate financial results, including reconciliations and P&L/Balance Sheet preparation * Reconcile multiple payment gateways across e-commerce channels to ensure accurate reporting * Manage statutory tax compliance with third-party advisors, including consumption, income, and asset taxes * Strengthen governance, controls, and compliance frameworks across the Japan entity * Partner with global finance teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective cross-border communication * Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes with robust analysis and local insights * Apply critical thinking to challenge the status quo and deliver practical process improvements * Leverage data, systems, and emerging tools like AI to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy * Play a key role in evolving the finance function to support business scaling Requirements: * More than 5 years of experience in financial accounting * Prior experience in manufacturing, eCommerce, or the retail industry * Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is an advantage * Possess a valid professional qualification in accounting or finance (CPA) * Bilingual level Japanese and English
