| 仕事内容 |
A multinational connectivity and sensor solutions company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Energy BU). The selected candidate will manage order processing, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience from order entry to delivery. This is a hybrid setup role. Responsibilities: * Process and manage customer orders using SAP in line with company policies * Coordinate with planning and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery * Review customer backlog weekly to meet billing and performance targets * Collaborate with overseas factories and internal teams to enhance order and delivery efficiency * Handle customer complaints, claims, returns, and replacements * Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company's retention policy * Communicate with external customers via Service Cloud and support sales-related events Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above * More than 3 years of experience in a customer service role * Experience with SAP Sales Distribution / OTC * Proficient in MS Office Suite * Business level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English |
