| 仕事内容 |
An international semiconductor company is seeking a Director, HRBP. The selected candidate will lead the HR Business Partner team and provide strategic HR support to senior business leaders across Japan. Responsibilities: * Partner with senior business leaders to design and implement people strategies that support business performance * Collaborate with Global HR Centres of Excellence to align Japan HR strategies with global objectives * Lead organisational change initiatives and ensure effective execution during transitions * Promote corporate culture and enhance organisational performance across Japan * Oversee and deliver HR projects by identifying risks, conducting analysis, and managing dependencies * Lead, coach, and develop the HRBP team to ensure high performance and strategic impact Requirements: * More than 15 years of HR experience, including in a global organisation * More than 8 years of people management experience with strong leadership and team development skills * Proven track record in leading HR transformation or large-scale change projects * Fluent level Japanese and English Preferred requirements: * Prior HR PMO experience * Strategic thinker capable of translating HR initiatives into measurable business results * Strong influencing ability and business acumen in a fast-paced environment |
