| 仕事内容 |
A multinational fashion company is seeking a Head of Talent Development to drive leadership growth and succession planning across its brands. The selected candidate will design and implement talent development strategies, oversee cross-brand programs, and represent Japan in global initiatives. This is a hybrid role. Responsibilities: * Lead the creation and execution of talent strategies to strengthen leadership and future capabilities * Partner with HRBPs and leaders to establish and monitor individual development and succession plans * Conduct talent reviews and maintain an updated organisational talent map * Identify and nurture high-potential employees, building sustainable talent pipelines * Oversee cross-brand learning and development initiatives to promote alignment and capability growth * Represent Japan in global discussions, sharing insights and best practices to support worldwide talent agendas Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above * 5-7 years of experience in HR or talent development within global, matrixed organisation * Experience in HRBP * Prior experience partnering with business leaders * Proven B2C industry experience (fashion, beauty, luxury, consumer goods) * Background in retail is ideal * Prior background working across brands/business units * Knowledge of talent strategy * Professional level Japanese and English |
