仕事内容	An international automotive components manufacturer is seeking a QA professional. The selected candidate will oversee customer quality management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement processes across development and production projects. This is a hybrid setup role. Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate quality issue resolution using 8D methodology * Act as the technical interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication aligned with Kaizen and Monozukuri principles * Utilise quality core tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, and MSA at a supervisory level * Manage APQP tasks in development projects and change management processes * Serve as customer quality system representative and lead internal and supplier audits * Maintain and improve customer satisfaction within the quality domain Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or Science * More than 3 years of experience in the automotive or automotive supplier industry * Experience in quality management and problem-solving within production environments * Proficient in mechanical engineering fundamentals and quality core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA) * Knowledge of ISO/IATF management systems and Toyota Production System principles * Ability and willingness to travel * Professional level Japanese and English
