仕事内容	A foreign technology company is looking for a Procurement Buyer. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing the procurement and inventory of materials, equipment, and services in line with supply chain objectives. Responsibilities: * Manage procurement and inventory of high-technology production and non-manufacturing materials, equipment, and services in accordance with supply chain objectives * Coordinate material sourcing for new product introduction projects in collaboration with R&D * Establish and manage supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts and prices, monitoring performance, and developing commodity plans * Manage contract manufacturer or original design manufacturer relationships to ensure inventory optimisation * Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives, including NPI, resourcing, cost reduction, and quality improvement Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above * More than 2 years of working experience in a relevant field * Proficient in Japanese and English
