仕事内容	As Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, including launches, promotions, and portfolio management within the PPE and respiratory product group. This role offers exposure to both Japan and global markets, requiring strong cross-border collaboration and commercial insight. Description * Plan and execute short- to long-term product strategies and portfolio development. * Introduce new products from overseas suppliers, including price and contract negotiation. * Plan and implement promotions, sales tools, and product training for the sales organization. * Analyze sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategy. * Lead cross-functional projects, manage development timelines, and report progress to management. * Ensure financial oversight, including pricing, cost control, and trial calculations for product launches. Profile * 5+ years' marketing experience in medical devices, consumables, or consumer goods. * At least 3 years of experience introducing products from overseas suppliers, including pricing and contract negotiation. * Proven track record of managing multiple product launches annually. * Strong English skills for international collaboration, plus advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Word. * Analytical, detail-oriented, and financially literate with strong project management skills. * Able to communicate effectively across departments and respond flexibly to shifting priorities.
