仕事内容	You will plan and execute marketing strategies for assigned medical products, including product launches, promotions, and portfolio management. This role also involves project leadership across internal teams and coordination with international suppliers to ensure market success. Description * Develop short- and medium- to long-term product strategies, including portfolio planning, promotions, and product training for sales teams. * Introduce new products from overseas suppliers, including price negotiation and launch execution. * Analyze sales performance, competitor trends, and market data to guide strategy and product development. * Lead product projects, manage timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and report progress to management. * Ensure financial oversight, including pricing, cost management, and trial calculations for new product introductions. Profile * Minimum 5 years marketing experience in medical devices, consumables, or consumer goods, with 3+ years handling overseas product introductions. * Strong English communication skills for international collaboration; advanced PC skills including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint. * Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing product figures and financial projections. * Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills. * Able to respond to irregular situations, meet timelines, and align cross-functional teams toward business objectives.
