仕事内容	ITチームの一員として、Windows・Mac・モバイルデバイスなど複数プラットフォームに対応したテクニカルサポートを提供していただきます。資産管理やVIPサポート、AV機器のヘルスチェックなど、幅広い業務を通じて社内インフラの円滑な運用を支えていただくポジションです。主な業務内容： Windows、Mac、モバイルデバイスに関するトラブルシューティング IT資産管理ハードウェアのリフレッシュ対応社内「Walk Up」サポート対応エグゼクティブ（VIP）向けサポート AV機器のサポートおよび定期的なヘルスチェックサービスリクエストの受付・分類・割り当て・追跡・完了管理新入社員のオンボーディングに関する他部署との連携

応募条件	IT業界でのインフラサポート・デスクトップサポートの経験3年以上優れたカスタマーサービススキル日本語・英語での優れたコミュニケーションチームでの協働ができる方
