仕事内容	An international medical devices company is seeking a Supply & Demand Planning Specialist. The selected candidate will support inventory and supply planning, data management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals. This is a hybrid setup role. Responsibilities: * Assist in managing inventory levels at distribution centres to meet KPIs and business targets * Place and manage purchase orders and master data to ensure accuracy for planning and decisions * Help analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement * Participate in the development and execution of supply chain strategies * Collaborate with cross-functional partners to prevent shortages, excess inventory, and back orders * Monitor inventory against targets and follow up on corrective actions with Demand Planners Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is ideal * Database knowledge is a plus * Proficient in MS Office Suite * Interest in supply chain management and logistics * Business level written and verbal Japanese and English
