仕事内容	An international biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Medical Scientist in Oncology. The selected candidate will provide scientific and medical guidance throughout the product life cycle while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: * Establish strong relationships with Oncology KOLs and external stakeholders to improve patient care * Communicate regularly with KOLs and clinical trial investigators, providing scientific and medical insights * Develop and execute medical education, data generation, and patient-centric initiatives in alignment with strategic priorities * Attend major conferences, coordinate medical affairs activities, and present to external audiences * Maintain expertise in clinical, scientific, and technical aspects of Oncology * Manage projects to completion while resolving challenges collaboratively * Ensure compliance with corporate guidance, industry codes, and appropriate responses to medical inquiries Requirements: * Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD) with clinical and research experience in Oncology * More than 3 years of industry experience * Prior experience in medical affairs, MSL, or R&D in Oncology * Skilled in project management * Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
