仕事内容	As the Head of Imaging IT, Japan, you will define and execute market strategies, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. You will lead cross-functional teams to strengthen customer engagement and drive digital transformation in healthcare. Description * Develop and execute market growth strategies to drive adoption of enterprise informatics solutions. * Partner with global business leaders to localize solutions for the Japanese market. * Define sales account strategies and support commercial teams to achieve financial objectives. * Build relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, government agencies, and industry experts. * Oversee customer engagement initiatives such as events, webinars, and loyalty programs. * Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and business analytics to optimize offerings. * Manage a high-performing team, driving excellence and professional growth. Profile * 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology, MedTech, or digital health solutions. * Proven leadership experience in commercial strategy, market expansion, and P&L management. * Strong ability to build and manage sales-focused organizations in a complex market. * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Fluent in English; Japanese proficiency is an advantage.
