仕事内容	* Budgeting: Leads the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts * Management Reporting: Develops and delivers regular financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership and stakeholders. * Business Partnering: Works closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. HR, compliance) to align financial goals with business strategy. * Description * Budgeting & Forecasting: Leads the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with department heads. * Financial Analysis: Analyzes financial results, variances, and trends to provide insights on business performance and support decision-making. * Management Reporting: Develops and delivers regular financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership and stakeholders. * Business Partnering: Works closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. HR, compliance) to align financial goals with business strategy. Profile * Minimum 3+ years' FP&A experience in Japan.
