仕事内容	We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance - Program Manager (Data) with a strong background in analytics to join our team in Tokyo. This role will involve overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects with specified deliverables. Description * Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders * Ensuring resource availability and allocation * Developing a detailed project plan to track progress * Coordinating internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects * Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs * Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques * Reporting and escalating to management as needed * Maintaining comprehensive project documentation Profile A successful Insurance - Program Manager (Data) should have: * A degree in computer science, IT, or a related field * Proven work experience in project management in the information technology sector * Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies * Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office * PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus Job Offer * A competitive salary range of approximately 9.0E6 to 1.1E7 JPY * The opportunity to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment * A supportive company culture that values employee growth and development * Excellent opportunities for career advancement within the Technology & Telecoms industry We encourage all qualified candidates in the field of Technology & Telecoms to apply for this exciting opportunity in Tokyo.
