仕事内容	A multinational biotechnology company is looking for a Manager, Business Development, Enterprise Service. The selected candidate will develop and implement long-term business strategies and drive growth for the Enterprise Service (ES) business. Responsibilities: * Develop strategic business plans for ES alongside the Japan Service Director * Conduct market and competitive analysis to understand customer needs * Execute business development plans aligned with long-term goals * Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external customers * Deliver compelling presentations to customers * Align local strategies with the global ES strategy as needed Requirements: * Experience in developing, executing services strategy within a high technology, biotechnology, or relevant domain * Excellent leadership skills * Strong interpersonal communication skills * Proficient in verbal and written Japanese and English
