仕事内容	This CHRO position requires a strategic and people-oriented leader who can drive HR initiatives that align with the business strategy of a progressive industrial/manufacturing company located in Koto-Ku. Description * Develop and run HR strategies that support the company's business goals * Create policies that reflect and promote the company's culture and vision * Lead all HR activities, systems, and processes * Manage and support the HR team * Be the main contact for employee relations matters * Ensure the company follows HR policies and legal requirements * Report progress and updates to the CEO * Handle any HR-related issues or challenges Profile A successful CHRO should have: * A proven track record in a strategic HR role * Knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development etc.). * Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. * Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
