仕事内容	Associate Director, Portfolio Strategy & New Product Planning in the Pharma industry, based in Tokyo. This role will entail leading the planning and execution of product launches, working closely with the Marketing & Agency department. Description * Develop and implement strategic launch plans for new products. * Perform Search and evaluation for potential new product * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of launch strategies. * Oversee the development of promotional materials and programs. * Monitor and report on the effectiveness of launch activities. * Maintain a deep understanding of the Life Science market and competitive landscape. * Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
