仕事内容	As the Director of Rooms, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Rooms Division, ensuring smooth service delivery across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. Your role will involve collaborating with leadership to maintain high guest satisfaction while optimizing operational efficiency. Description * Manage the overall Rooms Division operations, including budgets and planning * Ensure guest satisfaction and high-quality service standards across departments * Lead and mentor teams within Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services * Partner with sales/marketing to drive revenue and improve business outcomes * Analyze performance and implement improvements to ensure operational success Profile * Proven leadership experience in hotel management, ideally in a similar role * Strong background in guest services and operations management * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams * Ability to collaborate with senior management and cross-functional departments * Native-level in Japanese and Fluent in English Job Offer * Base salary of ¥10M per year with up to ¥12M OTE * Shift hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Opportunity to work with a global team and drive key operational strategies To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
