仕事内容	Join a team dedicated to guiding clients through the bespoke car design process, ensuring each vehicle reflects their unique vision. This role blends creative design, customer service, and technical expertise within a luxury automotive environment. Description * Guide clients through the car configuration process, providing expert advice to ensure their vision is captured in every detail. * Develop a deep understanding of the client's product range, customization options, and design trends to offer personalized solutions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, understanding their preferences to deliver exceptional service. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client configurations and vehicle delivery. * Stay updated on the latest design innovations and industry trends to provide clients with cutting-edge options. * Coordinate closely with global design teams for training and ongoing support. Profile * Bachelor's degree in Design, Automotive Design, or a related field. * Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the luxury sector. * Strong design skills with proficiency in VRED and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). * Exceptional communication skills, comfortable working with high-profile clients. * Fluency in English and Japanese is required; additional languages such as Korean, Chinese, or Taiwanese Mandarin are a plus. * Ability to build lasting client relationships and provide personalized service.
