仕事内容	We are seeking a dedicated Operation Supervisor for our Ocean Freight department. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing logistics operations and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Description * Oversee the operations of the Ocean Freight department. * Coordinate with shipping and transport companies for timely and efficient freight movement. * Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations. * Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency. * Handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies in freight operations. * Prepare and present operational reports to upper management. * Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals.
