* Be the liaison between global and local teams * Implement global roll outs and locally identified improvements, applying insights from dashboards to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Deliberate on KPI to drive enhancements * Run meetings to ensure business is aligned with HQ and stakeholders, achieving seamless execution of tasks * Be involved in payment operations and compliance Description * Be the liaison between global and local teams * Client Journey Enhancement: Implement global roll outs and locally identified improvements, applying insights from dashboards to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators to drive enhancements. * Run meetings to prioritise initiatives and align with HQ and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of tasks * Ensure client adheres to Japan compliance guidelines * Participate in payment operations Profile * Native level Japanese is a must * 5 to 15 years of project/business management experience with AML/Compliance understanding * Project management expertise, including running optimization meetings and managing initiatives * Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English to communicate with stakeholders and partners from overseas offices * JSDA type 1 or 2 is a big plus but not a must Job Offer * Competitive salary range * Supportive and international company culture To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
