A Customer Service & Logistics Specialist ensures timely and accurate order processing, delivery coordination, and customer support while managing logistics operations to uphold the company's mission of saving lives. This role involves problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to the efficient distribution of life-saving medical products globally. Description 1 Customer Support * Handling customer inquiries related to orders, products, and services. * Ensuring timely and accurate communication to address concerns and provide solutions. * Building strong relationships with clients, including healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors. * Order Processing and Management * Managing end-to-end order fulfillment, including order entry, updates, and tracking. * Coordinating with internal teams like sales, production, and finance to ensure smooth operations. * Logistics Coordination * Ensuring on-time delivery of products by collaborating with shipping and logistics providers. * Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse teams to fulfill orders. * Managing import/export documentation and compliance with regulations. * Problem-Solving * Proactively addressing delivery issues, delays, or product returns. * Handling escalations and finding resolutions that align with company policies and customer satisfaction. * Process Improvement * Identifying inefficiencies in order management or logistics and suggesting enhancements. * Utilizing tools and systems to streamline processes, such as ERP or CRM software. Profile * Customer Service Skills * Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to handle diverse customer needs. * Logistics Knowledge * Familiarity with supply chain processes, shipping terms, and documentation. * Technical Proficiency * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or CRM tools, as well as proficiency in Excel and other office applications. * Problem-Solving Abilities * Quick thinking and adaptability to resolve issues efficiently. * Attention to Detail * Accurate order entry and tracking are critical for seamless operations.
