仕事内容	Join a global leader in the semiconductor industry as a Communications Specialist, driving internal and external communications initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, support business growth, and deliver clear, engaging messaging across digital, media, and corporate channels. Description * Create, edit, and manage content for internal communications, press releases, product announcements, and marketing collateral. * Support media relations efforts, including drafting press materials and coordinating with PR agencies and journalists. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop clear messaging for complex semiconductor technologies. * Manage the company's digital and social media presence. * Organize and support internal events, town halls, and external industry exhibitions. * Monitor media coverage and industry trends, preparing regular reports for management. * Ensure all communications align with corporate branding and messaging guidelines. * Support crisis communication activities when necessary. Profile * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, or technology industries. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Japanese language skills are a plus). * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content. * Experience managing social media accounts and working with content management systems. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. * Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
