仕事内容	We are seeking a Sales Director with an astute understanding of the Electronics and Semiconductor industry to lead our sales department and drive our business growth in Tokyo. Description * Develop and implement effective sales strategies * Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets * Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts * Negotiate and close agreements with large customers * Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements * Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts * Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board * Report on sales performance to the top management Profile A successful Sales Director should have: * Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field * Proven work experience as a Sales Director in the Electronics and Semiconductor industry * Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close * Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in English and Japanese Job Offer * Opportunities to work with a diverse and global team * Exposure to the latest trends in the Electronics and Semiconductor industry * A conducive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation We encourage all suitable candidates to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team in Tokyo and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
