仕事内容	* A senior-level opportunity to lead cross-TA planning and execution for in-field teams across Japan. This role supports business leadership and drives alignment through data-driven projects and stakeholder engagement. Description * Lead the creation and implementation of the One IBU vision and mission in Japan * Develop Japan-specific strategies based on global initiatives and local insights * Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs * Design and drive cross-TA projects and incentive schemes with business impact * Support the Business Unit Director as chief of staff for tactical planning and delivery Profile * Sales team leadership experience, ideally with exposure to marketing functions * Strong project management and organizational skills * Understanding of pharmaceutical business processes and cross-functional collaboration * Ability to apply customer insights and patient-centric thinking * Fluent in Japanese with professional English communication skills * Bachelor's degree required; Master's or marketing qualifications preferred Job Offer * This is a senior individual contributor role with influence across the Japan commercial organization.
