| 仕事内容 |
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager for our Omni Channel Operation in the Logistics Department. This role requires a highly organized individual who has a passion for the retail industry and has a strong ability to manage various tasks. Description * Oversee and manage the operations of the Omni Channel department. * Work closely with the 3PL to ensure that customer orders are appropriately prioritized and fulfilled on time and in full on a daily basis, that inventory movements are properly entered * Facilitates the continuous improvement processes at the 3PL, ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are achieved. Driving and executing action plans for any necessary improvements. * Order management, inventory management * Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth logistics process. * Implement strategies for optimizing the logistics operations. * Ensure customer satisfaction by timely and efficient delivery of goods. * Provide guidance and support to the team members. * Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in the retail logistics. Profile A successful Assistant Manager, Omni Channel Operation (Logistics Department) should have: * Proven experience in retail logistics and operations. * 4-5 years of experience in warehousing operations with a sound working knowledge of material handling procedures, computer systems (WMS, POS, OMS), and related functions. * Strong Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operation function and inventory, experience with 3PL management is preferred. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or relevant field. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in English and Japanese.
