仕事内容	We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can gather, analyze, and document client requirements, while closely collaborating with technical teams and project managers both locally and globally to translate client business needs into actionable plans. Description * Gather, analyze, and document client requirements. * Closely collaborate with technical teams and project managers both locally and globally to translate client business needs into actionable plans. * Organize and run workshops with the client to lead the Discovery & Design Phases for Projects * Assist the sales team on pre-sales opportunities by participating in pre-sales meetings and analyzing RFP documentation Profile * At least 3 years direct work experience in an Account Management/Business Analyst role * Familiar with web programming languages, technologies * Proficiency in both Japanese and English * Excellent communication skills, able to interact successfully with different stakeholders * Self-organized * Experience with ecommerce, web applications and high traffic websites is a plus Job Offer Annual salary: 7M-10M.
