We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Business Development API (JPAC) for our Sales Department. This role requires a strategic thinker with a focus on driving revenue growth within the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) industry. Description * Develop and implement strategic business development plans for the JPAC region. * Identify new business opportunities for new API clients * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. * Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth. * Regularly report on sales performance and forecast future trends. * Represent the company at industry events and conferences. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Profile A successful Director, Business Development API (JPAC) should have: * 5 years+ Business Development for API in Japan Market * Comprehensive knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry * Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills. * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. * Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making. * Native Level of Japanese and Business Level of English Job Offer * The opportunity to work in a large organization with a global footprint. * Flexible working style * Involvement in strategic decision making within the sales department. * Regular opportunities for professional growth and development.
