仕事内容	The Public Affairs Therapeutic Policy Manager will be a key player in shaping policy strategies and in ensuring the alignment of these strategies with the company's objectives in the Pharma industry. Description * Develop and implement policy strategies that align with the company's objectives. * Engage with external stakeholders to understand and influence the policy environment. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between policy and business strategies. * Monitor and analyze policy trends and developments in the Life Sciences industry. * Provide strategic policy advice to senior management. * Represent the company at relevant industry events and forums. * Contribute to the development of the company's public affairs capacity. * Work closely with the Tokyo team to ensure consistent messaging and strategy. Profile A successful Public Affairs Therapeutic Policy Specialist/Manager should have: * A strong understanding of the Life Sciences industry and the policy environment. * Experience in developing and implementing policy strategies. * Strong stakeholder management skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * A collaborative working style and the ability to work effectively in a team. * An understanding of the business context and the ability to align policy strategies with business objectives. * Willingness to be based in Tokyo and to travel as required.
