The Marketing Manager will lead and execute effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and profitability in the FMCG industry. The role involves developing and implementing marketing plans, managing budgets, and coordinating with agencies to achieve business targets. Description * Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the brand in alignment with the company's objectives. * Coordinate with sales and product development teams to drive brand growth. * Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI. * Lead and manage relationships with marketing agencies. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities. * Drive brand awareness and profitability through effective campaigns. * Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. * Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry and company standards. Profile A successful Marketing Manager should have: * A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry. * Strong knowledge of market research and data analysis methods. * Excellent project management and communication skills. * Proficiency in English and Japanese. * A creative and analytical mindset with a strong business acumen.
