仕事内容	We're seeking a Director, Consulting for our Healthcare Consultancy, Strategy & Change department. This role will require a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to guide our consultancy team in Tokyo. Description * Lead and manage the consulting team focusing on Pharmaceutical, Medical device clients * Develop strategic plans and provide expert consultation to clients. * Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met within the set timeframes. * Represent the department in business meetings and negotiations. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. * Identify new business opportunities and drive growth. * Continually update industry knowledge and share insights with the team Profile A successful Director, Consulting should have: * Substantial experience in consultancy and strategic planning related to Healthcare industry * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent client relationship management abilities. * Sound knowledge of the Healthcare industry and its regulations. * Proven ability to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
