仕事内容	The Manager of Commercialization Data Capabilities will lead the development and execution of data strategies for the Commercial department within the Pharmaceutical industry. This role will play a critical part in enhancing data-driven decision. Description * Manage and optimize commercial solution systems (DWH, Reporting, VEEVA CRM/Align/LINK, Master Data) to boost productivity and efficiency for both field and home office, collaborating with global/local teams. * Oversee system maintenance and enhancements, aligning with business priorities and brand strategies. * Lead discussions to align local business needs with global IT, providing clear rationale. * Simplify field reports to support strategic planning in collaboration with Sales Force Effectiveness and Sales Strategy teams.
