The Retail Operations & IT Specialist - APAC supports retail technology solutions, POS systems, and operational processes across the region, ensuring seamless store performance and efficiency. This role collaborates with global IT teams and retail stakeholders to optimize system integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Description * Take charge of the procurement process for new hardware and coordinate the installation efforts in collaboration with the IT department, vendors, and store teams. * Serve as the initial point of contact for technical problems occurring at the store level, which may include POS and other store system issues like hardware and software malfunctions. * Provide education and training to store teams regarding operational procedures, proper usage of POS systems, and other technology used in the store, with the aim of improving their understanding and efficiency. Profile The successful candidate is a tech-savvy retail operations specialist with strong experience in POS systems, retail IT solutions, and process optimization across the APAC region. They have a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills to collaborate with global teams, and the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives while ensuring seamless store operations.
