We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead our company's HR policy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the HR department of our energy and natural resources company. Description * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. * Manage the recruitment and selection process. * Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. * Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. * Nurture a positive working environment. * Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. * Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. * Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Profile A successful HR Manager should have: * Proven working experience in the human resources sector. * People-oriented and results-driven capability. * Knowledge of HR systems and databases. * In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. * Business level English Job Offer * Competitive salary range of approximately 7,200,000 - 10,000,000 JPY per annum. * An inclusive and friendly company culture. * Opportunities for professional development. * Challenging and rewarding work in the energy and natural resources sector.
