Tax Manager role to focus on individual tax for Japanese nationals | Full remote, competitive benefits, career growth Description * Managing global tax compliance for internationally assigned employees. * Providing tax advisory and compliance services. * Structuring compensation to align with tax regulations. * Developing policies for tax reimbursement. * Advising on payroll-related tax matters. * Assisting with tax planning, projections, and return preparation for multiple jurisdictions. Profile * Leadership experience in tax compliance and consulting. * Knowledge of Japanese business practices and international assignments. * Fluent in Japanese, with some English proficiency preferred. * Relevant professional qualifications in tax or accounting. * Experience in a major consulting or accounting firm is a plus. * At least five years of relevant experience with a proactive mindset.
