We're seeking a dedicated and experienced HRBP to join our team, who will play a significant role in managing and implementing HR strategies that align with the business objectives of our industrial / manufacturing company. Description * Implementing and managing HR strategies in line with business objectives. * Driving change management initiatives. * Providing guidance to management on HR related issues. * Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. * Enhancing employee engagement and boosting workplace morale. * Collaborating with the HR team in talent acquisition and retention strategies. * Overseeing employee relations and handling conflict resolution. * Conducting performance management and providing feedback. Profile A successful HRBP should have: * Proven experience in a HRBP role or similar within the industrial / manufacturing industry. * Excellent understanding of HR practices and labor law. * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in HR systems.
