仕事内容	Take charge of one BU and lead a team while working closely with the global offices \| Flexible working, career opportunities Description * Lead the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts, analyzing financial performance and variances. * Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends. * Collaborate with departments to gather financial data and understand business drivers. * Drive cost control measures and sustain operating margins as per the budget and forecast. * Review product pricing, monitor sales incentives, and ensure compliance with financial policies. * Support ad-hoc financial analysis, mentor junior team members, and ensure compliance with regulations. Profile * Relevant years of experience in financial planning and analysis. * Strong analytical skills and ability to provide insights from financial data. * Skilled in financial modeling and advanced Excel. * Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus. * Good communication and presentation skills to explain financial concepts.
