仕事内容	* This is an exciting opportunity to lead market access and pricing strategies for pipeline products and business development deals in Japan. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product positioning, reimbursement, and pricing while engaging key stakeholders. Description * Lead the design and execution of pricing and reimbursement strategies. * Develop pricing scenarios considering product labeling, patient flow, and competitive landscape. * Collaborate with commercial teams to align pricing strategies locally and globally. * Translate commercial insights into payer value propositions and create localized messaging. * Engage with stakeholders to shape the market access landscape. * Lead payer engagement initiatives and guide evidence generation. * Collaborate on HEOR studies, value communication, and guideline development. * Enhance market access expertise through training and global asset localization. Profile * Master's degree or higher in relevant fields (e.g., Pharmacy, Life Sciences). * 7-10 years of experience in market access or related roles in biopharma. * Proven negotiation experience with regulatory bodies like MHLW. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. * Exceptional communication skills in both Japanese and English. * Deep knowledge of the Japanese pharmaceutical landscape.
