仕事内容	Develop an event strategy as part of the marketing plan aligned with overall objectives. Collaborating with retail, client development and merchandising team to develop an event strategy aligned with overall objectives. Description * Identifying target audiences, setting event goals, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs). * Together with HQ team, creating innovative event concepts that embody the brand's identity. * Developing and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. * Sourcing, selecting, and managing a network of high-quality vendors, including caterers, decorators, entertainment providers. Profile * Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably within the luxury goods or services industry. * Strong project management abilities with an excellent sense of detail, and a creative mindset. * A deep understanding of the luxury market and its target audience. * NATIVE level Japanese and Business level English.
