仕事内容	We are seeking a dedicated AR & Treasury Assistant Manager to oversee our accounting and finance department within the Fashion industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Account Receivables, Treasury, Cash Flow Management, and Credit Control. Description * Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. * Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. * Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. * Coordinate and complete annual audits. * Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. * Meet financial accounting objectives. * Ensure smooth cash flow management. * Control and forecast AR and balance sheet. Profile A successful AR & Treasury Assistant Manager should have: * Proficiency in English and Japanese. * Experience in Account Receivables, AR, Treasury, and Cash Flow Management. * Ability to manage FX and conduct Credit Control. * Experience in creating AR Forecast and Balance Sheet Forecast.
