This Tokyo-based position is seeking a dedicated and motivated Enterprise Sales Manager to join the Networking and Telecommunications industry, fostering strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth in an ever-growing market. Description * Develop and implement effective sales strategies * Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets * Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts * Negotiate and close agreements with large customers * Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements * Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts * Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board * Report on sales activity and forecast to senior management Profile The Ideal Candidate should have: * Proven work experience in Sales * Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization * Experience in target industries like education industry (preferred), healthcare, government, medium and large enterprise industry * Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close * Demonstrable ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team Job Offer * A vibrant, fast-paced work environment * The chance to work with a committed, innovative team * Opportunities for career progression * Competitive benefits package To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
