We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Cluster General Manager to manage 2 newly opening properties in Osaka. Description Strategic Leadership: * Establish pricing structures and revenue management strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability. * Ensure both properties deliver a consistent guest experience, reflecting the brand ethos and target audience preferences. Operational Excellence: * Oversee day-to-day operations of both properties, ensuring smooth functionality and alignment with guest expectations. Financial Management: * Prepare and manage budgets for each property, ensuring cost-effective operations and profitability. * Conduct regular financial reviews to track performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth or cost reduction. Reporting to Area General Manager Profile * Hands-On Operational Expertise: Ability to manage lean operations efficiently, actively involved in daily hotel activities, and skilled in ensuring a seamless opening process. * Over 10 years in hospitality, preferably with a background in Operations, Sales, or Marketing * Strong leadership and team management capabilities * Business-level fluency in Japanese and English [reporting to owners and headquarter in English ] Job Offer Unique Opportunity: * As General Manager overseeing two new properties in Osaka, you will play a pivotal role in launching and shaping the success of these hotels. * A rare chance to lead from the ground up, influencing operations, guest experiences, and team culture.
